From idea to pull request. Your developers just approve.
We give your team a coding agent with everything it needs to go from request to ready-to-merge PR, on your existing codebase. People stay in charge of the decisions; the agent does the rest. Two weeks, fixed scope, measured before and after.
Installing the tool takes an hour. The workflow around it is where teams stall.
Uneven usage
A few engineers fly, most barely touch it, and everyone has a different personal setup.
Explaining the same thing again
Every new chat starts from zero. Conventions and past decisions get re-explained, or ignored.
No proof it works
Leadership pays for licenses but can't point to faster delivery or fewer bugs.
Three pieces that turn AI tools into a delivery system.
The almighty coding agent
An agent wired into your repo, tickets, tests and CI, with everything it needs to go from an approved idea to a pull request. Your developer arrives when it's ready, reviews, and approves.
Self-learning decision wiki
Every decision your team makes is logged once, approved by a person, and followed by every agent from then on.
Decide once. Never explain it again.
Issues intake where you already talk
Anyone can raise a bug or feature request from Slack or email. It becomes a structured spec, and your tech team approves it before any code is written.
From a Slack message to a merged PR, with people deciding where it counts.
Your product tool (Jira, Linear, Monday, GitHub Issues and others) is integrated into every step and updates itself. Nobody moves tickets by hand.

Every approval feeds the decision wiki, so the next spec starts from everything your team has already decided.

Common questions
We already use Claude Code. Why do we need this?
Having the tool isn't the same as having the workflow. The demo shows the specs, gates and review that turn usage into faster merges instead of more PRs to review.
Security won't let agents near our code.
Permissions and gates are part of the setup: what agents may touch, where a person signs off, what runs only in CI.
Does the decision wiki change things on its own?
No. Agents propose entries; a person approves each one before any agent follows it.
